Doretha Sivells

Doretha Sivells has enjoyed her journey with real estate for over 10 years. The thrill comes in all forms of joy, whether she is putting the keys in the hands of a first time home buyer or the check in her seller’s hands. She finds delight in each and every transaction that she works on. She has received quite a few awards during her real estate career. However, her most prized one is the Tenacity Award. Tenacity is the quality displayed by someone who just won’t quit, and who keeps trying until they reach their goal. This is the sole determination she has with her buyers, sellers and investors. Doretha’s personal and professional motto is ”houses can be cookie cutters-not clients”.

Doretha has lived in the Hampton Roads area most of her life. She educated children with special needs for 15 years in the Norfolk Public School system. She is the mother of four wonderful children and three amazing grandchildren. She is also a volunteer for the Ra ‘Gene B. Myrick Foundation, Inc. (A non profit organization) which helps parents with children that have special needs connect with other foundations or programs to better assist them. Merging her upbringing, with her teaching career and her love for real estate, you will find that Doretha will be able to assess and individualize each clients needs.
